Ants: "Mighty Invaders"
According to different estimates, ants can carry 10 - 50 times their body weight, or maybe even more! One thing is fo sure, their bodies are built to withstand a lot more force if they need to. With over 12,000 species and more being discovered, the total weight of all ants on Earth is close to that of humans, pretty amazing considering the average ant is about one-millionth the size of a human.
ANTS' FACTS
Most ant species nest outdoor; only a few species nest indoors. However, it is common for them to forage indoors in search of water & food. When the worker ants forage for food, they leave behind a scent trail (pheromones) for other members to find the way to the food source. Most of the time, only a small number of workers are out looking for food as the rest stay in the nest to do cleaning and caring for the nests.
Once an existing colony is over-populated, they will move to form a new one.

Different ants require different solution with no one-size-fits all solution. As nest could be hidden deep in soil or building structures, locating a nest is often challenging. Wrong treatments can trigger nest budding whereby the queens will separate from main nest to establish new nests.
